  • they provide us with suitable evidence of training or qualifications for the Service Categories they have registered for
  • they provide us with suitable evidence of employer’s liability and public liability insurance which we deem to be satisfactory
  • they provide us with suitable evidence of their identification and a proof of address
  • they agree to us carrying out a company check
  • they agree to our Code of Conduct
