Freeview has just updated the latest advice for viewers affected by the Bilsdale transmitter fire.  You can read the full update on their service update article.

 WHAT’S NEW?

  • More channels are now available to some viewers taking a signal from Eston Nab and Arncliffe Wood. Please see the service update for full details.
  • Freeview has set up a new freephone line for viewers who haven’t got internet access.   They will be able to hear a recorded update with a summary of the information on the service update.  The number is 0800 121 4828.
  • Freeview has shortened the URL for the Bilsdale service update.  The new URL is simply freeview.co.uk/bilsdale
  • Viewers can continue to sign up for alerts straight to their inbox from the link at the bottom of the service update article or directly on the website
